Alarm systems
Intruder alarms that actually get armed every night, because they're simple to use. We install and service commercial and residential systems: keypads, motion detectors, reed switches on doors and roller shutters, and glass-break or duress buttons where they're warranted.
Systems can report to a back-to-base monitoring centre or straight to your phone. We set up user codes and arming schedules so staff can open and close without calling you. Existing alarm playing up? We take over and service systems we didn't install too.
CCTV
IP cameras recording to an on-site NVR, with remote viewing on your phone set up and tested before we leave. We spend the time on placement: entries, tills, loading docks and car parks each get the right camera and lens, rather than cameras spread evenly along a wall.
Retention period, night performance and who can see what are all decided up front. We upgrade old analogue systems, and we tie cameras to alarms and access control so an event pulls up the right footage.
Access control
Replace keys with fobs, cards, PINs or phones and know who came through which door, and when. We fit electric strikes, magnetic locks and readers on main entries, internal doors, gates and lifts, with time schedules so cleaners and contractors only get in when they should.
Lost a fob? Cancel it in seconds instead of re-keying the building. Systems scale from a single door to multiple sites, and work alongside your alarm and cameras.
Internet
We sort out the connection itself, whether that's NBN, an FTTP upgrade, business fixed-wireless or dedicated fibre where the numbers justify it, plus the router and firewall behind it. For sites that can't afford downtime we add 4G or 5G failover that cuts in automatically.
We deal with the carrier so you don't have to, and we'll tell you plainly when the cheaper plan is fine.
VoIP and phone systems
Cloud-hosted phone systems with proper desk handsets, softphones on laptops and mobiles, ring groups, queues, voicemail to email, and an auto-attendant if you want one. Keep your existing numbers. Add or remove handsets as staff change.
If you're on a legacy PABX we handle the migration, and we make sure the network underneath is set up so calls don't drop when someone starts a large download.
Networking
The part nobody sees but everything depends on. Structured Cat6 and Cat6A cabling, fibre between buildings, managed PoE switching, firewalls, and VLANs to keep cameras, phones, guests and office traffic apart.
Racks are dressed, labelled and documented. New fit-outs, renovations, and untangling whatever is already in the ceiling.
WiFi
Wireless designed from a survey of your actual floor plan, taking in walls, racking, machinery and headcount, so coverage and capacity are right the first time. Enterprise access points with seamless roaming and separate staff and guest networks.
Central management means we can see and fix most issues remotely. Warehouses, offices, schools, clinics, pubs and large homes.
PA systems
Paging, announcements, background music and bell or alert schedules for warehouses, schools, halls, gyms and retail. Zoned, so the office doesn't hear the warehouse page, with the right speaker for each space: ceiling speakers in offices, horns on the factory floor.
Integrated with your phone system so anyone can page from a handset.
Audio visual
Boardrooms, meeting rooms, training rooms and function spaces. Commercial displays or projectors, video-conferencing bars for Teams and Zoom, ceiling microphones and speakers, and wireless presentation so nobody hunts for the right cable. One touch panel on the table runs the room.
We design the room around how it's used, mount everything cleanly with the cabling hidden, and set it up so a meeting starts on time. Background music and paging for hospitality and retail come under the same roof.
Digital signage
Reception screens, menu boards, window displays and video walls, built on commercial-grade panels rated to run all day rather than a TV from a retail store. We handle the mounting, power and data, the media players behind the screens, and the software that schedules what shows and when.
You get a simple way to change the content from your desk, and screens that switch themselves on before opening and off after close.
IT services
The everyday IT that keeps a small business running: computers and laptops set up and kept patched, Microsoft 365 email and file sharing, printers that print, backups that are tested rather than assumed, and the basics of security done properly: multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection and sensible access to shared files.
New staff get a working login and machine on day one; leavers are switched off the same day. Remote monitoring means we often see a problem before you do, and when you call, it's the same people who installed your network and phones.
